SPO8 Sports/Sports Paul Reiffel on ICC panel as TV umpire Sydney, Oct 24 IANS Former Australian medium-pacer Paul Reiffel will join the International Cricket Council's ICC international panel for this season as a TV umpire. Reiffel replaces former first-class player Rod Tucker who has been nominated on the ICC panel of on-field umpires after the retirement of another Australian Peter Parker.
